I didn't really want to join in the discussion because I don't follow Rap, Hip-Hop and R&B too much but I actually like T-Pain'sThr33 Ringz better than Ye's 808s. I own both albums. T-Pain's Epiphany has been on heavy rotation in my CD player since it released.

Personally, I lost a lot of respect for Kanye when he mentioned he was the next best thing to the Beatles for our generation and all of his infamous politicalannouncements during Bush's downfall.

IMO, musicians should stick to what they do best and that's making music. Leave politics for the powers that be.

Now, Tyler go ahead and correct me man because I'm sure I misquoted Kanye on the Beatles. lol.

I'm over it man. Kanye is far from perfect. Nobody walking this earth is, and that's a fact. If you tally up all the wrongs with all his rights, I bet you that his rightsfar surpass his wrongs. A lot of people, and I put myself in this category, easily forget all the positive things an individual has done. You could do amillion things right, but if you do one bad thing, you're remembered more for that one bad thing, than all of your other rights.

Jason is right though. We can't always talk about sneakers(as much as some of want to, including me). This discussion we're having helps negate the popular belief that all of us southern folk are ignorant to everything, except fishing and hunting. I hatewhen I'm automatically considered an idiot because I reside in South Carolina. Granted, idiots are at an abundance here. I don't dispute that, butthat doesn't mean EVERYONE is.

Anyway, I want everyone to know that at the end of the day, I consider all of you family and friends. Regardless of all the arguments, disagreements, and what have you, we should remember that none of this should be taken to heart. Speaking of friends, acouple of my friends have blessed me with early Christmas gifts.
