Yeah bruh...idk how I was sleeping on this arc. Originally I had York new #1 but I might have to change it to chimera ant after I finish rewatching

I also love that in hunter x hunter the main character doesn’t over power everyone and instead he has a sidekick (for lack of better term) in killua that’s right around his level. So dope.

That’s one of the things I also liked in one piece originally cuz it was portrayed that luffy and zoro were right there with each other. I hope they get back to that after this arc cuz right now it’s looking like the luffy show and I hate it

All-time favorite for sure - so much character development and attention to all characters.

I actually liked Killua's role a lot because for most of the series he's pretty ahead of Gon, which makes for some interesting situations, and then Gon catches up to him based on his insane potential.

Chimera Ant arc was so good - the only issue I had with it was length but I think that was just the result of how he set up the story - I feel Togashi does a great job of taking story threads to their logical conclusions, even if it's at the expense of brevity. It can be tedious at times but I respect it a lot - a George R.R. Martin approach IMO. It also follows that both Martin and Togashi have kept their readers waiting for 20 years lol.
 
Chimera ant arc was amazing but I can't deal with hiatus x hiatus anymore. Oda going on break once a month already drives me nuts.

It’s giving me vibes like the OG Berserker series, which I like.

Seeing females post up their reaction vids on youtube is funny. Makes sense that’s how those goblins reproduce if there’s no female goblins.

How is Golden Kamuy and That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime? Was going to start one of them but decided to catch up on Black Clover
 
Golden Kamuy
Kamui is a 'narrative stew' of the Ainu people, how to survive in the wild, and the search for a hidden stash of gold. A map of the treasure's location is tattooed onto the bodies of escaped prisoners and that's where the story begins. Sugimoto and Asirpa make solid characters. S2 starts off very odd haha but I hope it picks up.

That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime
The possibilities seem endless for this dungeon-style anime. Ramps up very quick every episode. Episode 3 today :D

anime had SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much potential. and the manga. all they needed to do was turn down the fanservice by a notch or 2 and they woulda had a bonafide hit. even here in america it woulda went crazy. such a shame man he stopped it to do that bull**** *** triage X project or whatever. which was basically another softcore porn. SUCH a shame smfh
