Think if they really wanted him long term, they would've already come to a deal.
Until his contract ends though, they managed to get an All-Star without giving up any of their valued prospects. Very fair

Indy gave up a role player, 2 non-lottery picks in a bad draft, and probably one more future non lotto pick for an all-star caliber wing.
