11 AM90s purchased this year. 5 for me, 6 for gifts.

Patiently waiting for a deal on infrareds, I would grab 3-4 pairs (2 for me, 1 for mom, maybe a pair for my brother).

I'm curious.. anyone here wears sneakers like those (relatively neutral in term of color like these) in a business casual setting? If so, what are the limits and is it because you consider yourself established/experienced?
Good question. Because of the pandemic and working from home, whenever I go back I may be more inclined to wear kicks like these on a Friday or days where I don’t expect a lot of traffic in the office.

I work for an entertainment company so we don’t have a strict dress code. It is a business casual environment for sure. I pretty much wear jeans or khakis with sneakers every day. From air maxes, Js, and runners. But when I have to meet with management, I will wear my Cole haan “sneakers” haha All white or all black Cole haan shoes is the best compromise. I have these shoes in 4-5 colors. And they come in high tops too. Leather and canvas.

When we weren't banned from offices to work from home, I wore business casual everyday....Jeans and Jordans (3s, 4s, 5s, 6s, 7s, 11s) and sometimes Trainer IIIs,, AM95 Neons, basically anything in my collection. I'd definitely wear 90s if I wanted to. For exec mtgs I'd usually stick to something like an 11 or a black 3 or 4; something less flashy. Though virtually everyone who knows me, including execs, usually look at what I'm wearing each day as it's become a topic of conversation (in a good way).... I don't think I could work for a company where I had to wear dress shoes....that would kill me!

Same exact situation w/ me. My boss's boss will actually ask me what I have on my feet and how much they're worth when he sees me. I swear people at work know more about my sneaker collection than my family life

My office is pretty casual, I wear sneakers every day. Also I work in Portland so most of my coworkers understand having a collection. I try not to wear anything too crazy though but that’s only because I don’t like having conversations about sneakers with too many people.

My office is fairly relaxed so right now I’m wearing whatever I want. It’s me and one other guy working there now, other 20 people are working remote.

I could wear jeans and sneakers before the pandemic but no t-shirts. I don’t have to see the public so it’s not really a big deal what I wear.
