So Bron broke the all time points record but not the regular season record which he has 2k more to go or something like that? No celebration for the points record, is the regular season record more important? MSG gave Curry his flowers, they dun do noffin for LeRecord.

When Curry broke the equivalent record (combined 3s in playoffs and regular season)….there was no fanfare either. He did it with his second 3 against the bulls in a 40pt game in November on ESPN, a month before he broke the regular season record at MSG (which got the fanfare)

When LeBron breaks Kareem’s record, he will get his flowers and there will be a crazy pomp and circumstance too.

One of the biggest things is that in Curry’s case there was about a month difference but Bron’s will be year+. They’re trying to double dip on the appreciation

I mean you’d think the Lakers would be a fun 1st round matchup for somebody but, among other reasons, they can’t surprise anyone if their two highest volume foul shooters can’t make them at any point in the game.

You almost don’t even need a film session if you lose a game by 1 or 2 possessions but you missed 10+ free throws

You already have to tolerate turnovers from your stars, they can’t clang free throws too

They really got no out, at this point…and it’s hilarious . The 1-3 seeds in the west will get them out the paint surgically….and they can’t climb above the play in, because of a crazy tough back loaded schedule

Them not taking advantage of any part of having the easiest schedule thru the halfway point of the season cost them a lot.

That sense of no urgency and false confidence in “we’ll figure it out” is coming to bite them. They brushed over obvious things that needed attention in Nov/Dec and blew games.
