Think he means that's what made him go out of his way to cook his *** each time they played each other afterwards

The way they **** on his jersey retirement night so thoroughly was def personal

Your post has a clip of Pierce literally confirming that though
Still cap. People lie everyday b.

No way hands weren't thrown right then and there if somebody spit on them. I know Bron and them soft, but they can't all be soft. There had to be at least one goon.

I don't know. I think if we do win a chip, this "overpaying" narrative will be quickly forgotten. For context, we went from "We should have accepted Brogdon" and "We should be happy to get a decent role player and picks" to overpaying for Harden.

And personally, I've had Harden as #3 after Lillard and Beal and had my concerns with him, but he's here now, Embiid and Maxey are sponges right now learning from him, he seems bought in, so we are excited and enjoying the moment.
If Philly can replace Seth and Drummond's roles with at least live bodies then that'd be something

I guess when I say overpay, I'm saying that winning a title as is is unlikely. If they could have gotten back Mills or kept Seth it wouldn't have been an overpay because imo that would be as good as a lineup post Ben Simmons as you could ask for. Sign some free agent big, fine

But not being able to replace that shooter/floor spacer as well as Embiid's backup, people can scoff at them being expendable but if those roles can't be replaced that's a factor

I get that fans are excited for replacing a quitter like Ben with a seemingly happy Harden. That was never in question

Yeah, I’m a Jokic guy and think he’s got a very legitimate case for MVP, but I don’t see much of a talent difference between the respective supporting casts him and Joel have been working with this year. Both squads are play-in/lottery status without their star Cs.

I’ve had my fair share of slander for Korkmaz and Shake but them being taken off ball and spacing the floor while Jim/Maxey/Jo handle mitigates the Seth loss ever so slightly. While neither are the shooters Curry is, both have shown to hit 37% or higher from deep (Shake was over 41% at one point). Drummond loss was big but getting a live body who can rim run is kinda all we need. Wouldn’t be surprised if the Nets cut Claxton

TL/DR, we have theoretical shooters who can fill in, they’ll have plenty of chances to get up the volume amount of shots

That's the calculation Morey and company seem to be making

Maxey is better than whoever the nuggets start
Tobias is better than gordon
Seth was better than Barton

Like Niang got up 10 last night, Kork got up 4. Tobi had 4 but they literally rimmed out

Green will have plenty from the corners as well. Matisse LOL
idk man. I've seen Niang in more than 1 playoff run brick it up. But who knows he's getting more and more experience and more confidence

Green has had his great ups and great downs

I mean I know there's gonna be shots available I guess I'm not as confident in enough going in. We'll see

As long as they confident in taking them….but then again that’s how you go 0-27

Started this and walked away and thought I left some porn on

Even with your comment. I had to double check I didn't leave a hub tab still open

@antidope making a weak take even weaker by adding Paul

Khaled trick y'all.
@antidope He actually won and won Finals MVP though. When did Reggie or T-Mac get close to that?

Also I for one am shocked the Paul Pierce Celtics didn't excel with core pieces like Antoine Walker, Tony Battie, Eric Williams and Vitaly Potapenko.

Dudes that's got rings are frauds 🤔

Somebody make it make sense 🤣
