I worked at an electronics company and we sold a lot of rechargeable batteries. Our QC guy told me to never charge my phone overnight because it will shorten the battery’s lifespan over time. So I just keep a charger in my car, by my bed, in my office. It never dies. But it’s almost never at 100%. IDK if it’s true, but I’ve been doing this ever since
