in the 1st half the ball was moving

i remember posting in here at 8 oclock "Lets keep this pace up" obviously they got heavy legs due to b2b but thats no excuse

in the 2nd half they brought the ball up very slow and went back to the 1 on 1 slow dribble ISO it was bad to watch

Thybulle had 9pts in the first and FINISHED with 9 points LOLOL

Also the sixers transition defense is atrocious

to see who understands how basketball works and who doesn't.

Trae is insane man

He has all of the answers. He’s one of the top 5-7 offensive forces in the league, spearheading the league’s #2 offense….. and it’s a decent chance they miss the playoffs

Really hope we get more defensive effort from the team next year. Hopefully this serves as a cultural reset. The regular season is not “boring” its very important actually

Back to back games where the five Sixers on the floor in crunch time looked like they weren't on the same page. Ended up beating Orlando but the end of regulation was tough.

Chemistry thing? Coaching? Both?

Orlando has actually competed well since Fultz got back. They have 5 legitimate NBA players with him cole, Franz, WCJ, & Bamba. They’ll be even better when Isaac gets back & Fultz gets his regular mins plus their pick in this years draft.

But to your point, they’re gonna have to go through better teams than Orlando to win a title

They’ve rearranged the roster but a similar problem remains - they win Embiid’s minutes most of the time, & struggle when he’s off the floor. Their path to success very early on with so far is their starters completely dominating, which is harder to do in the playoffs.

Last night for example - Embiid lineups were “only” a +2.

Huerter and Hunter are so inconsistent. Hunter was hitting the side of the backboard on multiple occasions last night.

if you watched the game you can see they tried the two man game with a PnR with Embiid and that was completely shut down with quickness

so now embiid is stuck at top of the key with 7 seconds left

Both of those dudes have SEVERAL steps to take still, and Huerter got $100M Hopefully the front office seizes the opportunity to consolidate if it comes along. I’m not tied to any of these dudes long term.
