Since pre-draft, always looked at Hunter as a potential elite 3 and D with minimal creation. Which is totally fine imo, I think every team needs that. He's living up to almost exactly that early on, of course not elite yet, but on the path

If Luka had that roster I feel like they'd be wrecking the league, but maybe I'm overrating Luka idk

Oh yeah, I get that, I was talking about this season. They've been one of the most, if not most disappointing teams in the league

And you constantly see folks here dinging their support (which I don't necessarily disagree with, I just happen to think Luka would do work with them)

The Hawks just shouldn’t be this mediocre. But I wouldn’t be surprised if they beat the Heat or win 50 games next season.

Luka isn’t some defensive specialist so the hawks would pretty much be in the same position. Offense isn’t the problem, they don't defend.
