Instead of putting Dwight in to play the 5 vs Val so that AD can have a mismatch at the 4 vs BI, he allows AD to play the 5 in the 4th and the Lakers blow the lead in the last 4 min of the game.

Split the season series so the next tie breaker is conference win loss, which the Spurs just clinched after this game

Spurs have another game against the blazers, lakers have a game with the Thunder so that’s a wash.

Then both have 4 games left against playoff teams.

Spurs have Denver, Minny, GSW & Dallas. They’re in with 2 wins.

Lakers have the Nuggets twice, the Suns with nothing to play for, & the warriors. 3 losses and they’re out.

A player who while still among the best in the league, plays no defense and based on the roster construction of his team one of the worst GMs in NBA history.
