He made jump hooks. He made 3s. He made mid range jumpers. He showed post moves. All on his way to winning a title.
Right but instead of relying on that running start bs as much as he does ala westbrook, oladipo, get in the post and get a better look without exerting as much energy. That's all I'm saying giannis is an all time great already not sure anyone is denying that.

Giannis isnt Shaq and Shaq isn't Giannis. Totally different games, played in totally different eras.

Let's see if Giannis can 3-peat and then we can revisit this topic. But you'd have to be crazy to not consider Giannis elite or a top 3 player.
It just depends on how much you give Giannis leash to not 3-peat considering he doesn't have a Kobe Bryant

imo Giannis doesn't have to 3 peat at all. I would like to see him get to another Finals/win another Finals though regardless where most of the comp is healthy I'm speaking on both conferences

He really chilled on spamming the wildcat offense though. You didn’t see wall as much this last post season as years before. Does he do, of course and should continue to. It’s hard to stop.

Giannis doesn’t win if he plays the way y’all want him to

Wildcat offense is good way to put it. Earlier rounds he still fell back on it a bit much imo. Finals he was hittin em with a lil bit of everything no argument there.

Explosiveness wanes as you age which is why I suggest he develop consistent post game rather than rely on downhill eurosteps and length. He's mastered the open court in transition attack, now master the halfcourt post game.

Comping him to Olajuwon is pretty interesting too. Dream didn't start racking up his big time accolades til he was 30 though. Yanni about to turn 27 and already has as many MVPs, one less DPOY, and one less championship/FMVP.

However you wanna cut it, he's gonna end up on the same tier as those guys (if not higher) barring a career altering injury or something like that.
