If everyone was healthy, I think it would've been AD, Ariza, Bron, Bazemore, Westbrook starting with Dwight, Melo, THT, Nunn off the bench. But Monk has been really good. Vogel does like keeping a 9-10 man rotation and values flexibility/versatility.
