Pretty much. If you include the year-end finals, the women's and men's tours end in late October and late November. You'll still have some ITF and Challenger events available during the off-season. You also have the Fed Cup and Davis Cup finals in November, but players aren't obligated to compete in those, and they only last 3 days, so it's not really taxing.
