The Old PlayStation Thread | *NEW THREAD IS UP*

:lol

The headset is great for the surround sound, wireless, custom sound profiles and the mic.

But if you just want basic sound then yea, any pair of headphones work

so i can just plug headphones in the jack and she can hear the game do i need to change input or something i just want her to play the game and be able to hear thru the headphones and not the tv

You have to go to settings and change audio device from chat audio to all audio.

You can get to that menu by holding the ps button while the headphones are plugged in.

I just earbuds that have a mic. People can hear me clearly.
I compared them with my bro's ps headset, prefer earbuds much more.

Smh, I should have done this instead.

I watched it. It seems like he took so much time giving explanations that you don't really see too much. I also skipped around so its possible I skipped over something meaningful.

D-Dog
D-Walker
Blueprints so you can add extra customization options
Capturing soldiers with different skills to add to your roster (ie a Russian Soldier so you can interrogate Russians)
Changing your strategy depending on the type of armor soldiers are wearing

All of those are things you should be using a lot if you want to enjoy the full game

all that BC/PS Now talk made me go look at the catalog for Ps Now. Since when did they add the subscription to PS Now? Last I had seen you had to pay individually for each game and the prices were absurd.

Very impressed by Square Enix's presentation. Now, I think the FF VII remake should take "Lightning Returns" battle system. Best battle system in the FF franchise, in my opinion.

"Kingdom Hearts 3" looks like a ball of fun and is beautiful. Man, gaming has gotten so much better as the years go on. Very excited for the future of Sony.

Damn. I dont see how they can do that without a monthly charge yet MMOs charge monthly to store a few pieces of armor.

That game will be ridiculous.

As for Final Fantasy XIII. I was so disappointed in the first one I didnt even finish the trilogy. Reviews for the last two werent any better. If they go with action based battle system they would have to create one from the ground up with how the materia system works.

Video Hands-on: ‘The London Heist – Getaway’ on Sony Morpheus

At E3 2015 Sony is showing a brand new addition to their The London Heist VR game, this time putting the player in an action-packed car chase. From Sony’s London Studio, the demo represents another exemplary entry into the company’s VR content lineup.

The story of The London Heist so far is that we’ve participated in the robbery of a precious jewel, killed some guards, then apparently misplaced said jewel—much to the dismay of our big bulky accomplice who is fond of blow torches. At least that’s what we learned at GDC 2015 where the demo made its debut on Sony’s new 2015 Morpheus prototype.

This week at E3 2015, Sony is showing off an additional chapter in The London Heist which they’re calling Getaway. This exhilarating car chase presumably comes between the robbery and interrogation scenes that we saw at GDC.

Sony’s London Studio seems to be building out episodic scenes right from an action movie. The London Heist – Getaway is about five minutes worth of a highway car chase, and as with the previous experience, it’s been executed impressively well.

In the demo you’re riding shotgun with the big guy that later interrogates you after you lose the precious jewel somewhere along the way. In this scene however, he’s your accomplice, and the two of you are speeding away from the robbery.
We’re looking forward to experiencing more of The London Heist’s episodic action scenes and learning more about the story and characters that tie them all together. We were pleased to hear from a member of Sony’s London Studio working on the project that the experiences would make their way to Morpheus in “some form or another,” and further that the studio wants to create full-fledged VR experiences that go beyond what have largely been targeted demos up to this point.

No mans sky looks interesting and all but beside bare bones fps elements, trading and exploring the premise is to get to the centre of the universe? I dunno man...
