The Old PlayStation Thread | *NEW THREAD IS UP*

Damn I want that game but purchasing characters individually is even worse than releasing the "Super" version 6 months later, then the remix a few months after that, then the arcade version after that :{

Huh? This isn't like KI. These are all launch characters, at least that's what I thought.

Finished Until Dawn.

It's no Heavy Rain, but it's more entertaining than Beyond 2 Souls.

^ What he said.

And didn't Capcom already say that post-release DLC will be able to be earned in-game for free?

Yes. They said it would make the earning process fair. Im sure 6000 hours of gameplay is what a corp like capcom considers fair.

These all are but a bunch of pay to play characters are coming out later.

Tekken gives you like 30 characters with no DLC. So Capcom fails to impress me. Tho I am sure this generation's tekken will follow Capcom's lead :{

Until we see the fight money economy, we can't say what Capcom will do.

As far as Tekken goes, they already released a F2P type tekken on the PS3 called Tekken Revolution

Few characters at launch with the rest as DLC.

Tekkrn 7 also, is launching with 20 characters and more coming later as DLC.

Yes. I was under he assumption that these characters are all launch characters.
Oh yea, the initial 16 characters are all included in the base game.

Characters released after that can be bought or paid for with in game fight money earned from playing the game.

Which characters died during your first play through? I saw the plot twist coming from a mile away

.
Everyone except surprising the black guy and the main white chick. Who survived in your playthrough?  These characters were fearful/fearless at the same time. "OMG WTF man!" 15min later, come on we gotta go give the windagos that work so we can get outta here." I turned out to be right about Josh being the mastermind behind the intial scares. I was wrong about the Firedude dropping knowledge about the windagos. Dude got murked as soon as he was introduced. Dude's been surviving there for how long? Goes to save a teen and he loses his head.

everybody lived in my playthrough except Chris and Mike. The clues I picked up in the cottage gave away who the psycho was. The game was a cliche horror movie. Heavy Rain was more intense but Until Dawn made me jump a few times.

I thought the psycho was Josh, then they showed him being sawed. That threw me off. The jump scares annoyed me for the most part, since I was focused on the story.
