It seems like Target will have some extras for release day. The thought is that they'll make them available online the day/night before release, and then you'll be able to pick it up in store. They won't allow walk-ins, you'll have to order online for in-store pickup. If you have Twitter, turn on notifications for Wario64 (https://twitter.com/Wario64?s=09). When you see him tweet that link, click it immediately.
Outside of that, you're probably out of luck. Bestbuy will have some for Black Friday, but I haven't heard of any other restock outside of that.

I mean release date of any highly anticipated tech is hectic. Depends on if you get lucky. Hope retailers start using captchas etc, like I can't even get to porn links without one or DDOS check but bots can buy up all the things.
