Goldeneye and Mario Kart alone are worth the price of admission.

I always messed with SNES version of Mario Kart over the other versions.

I do like going into the occasional Daves and Buster to see Mario GP.

Although this is a "retro game thread," I say this post is relevant............since it is the first time in a LONG TIME that a "R-Type" game is returning to a Nintendo platform.

Getting SNES feels from this, since one of my other fav. games on the SNES happens to be Super R-Type

Me too. You had to play for a good while before you got the hang of it. Plus, I remember the hit detection was extra sensitive.


Ordered a few games from eBay and I'm hoping they're fun to play.

NES The Untouchables (1989)


Sega Genesis Rambo III (1989)

Rambo III was a top shelf Sega Genesis release back in their early days.
Solid game.
I also like/prefer Bloody Wolf (on the Turbo Grafx-16.) A top shelf game on that system.

Good, it already looks better than the disappointing NES version of Rambo. Either way, I'm a sucker for 80s games.

I picked up another NES game, I always wanted this game as a kid. Damn wrestling commercial breaks had me wishing for the action figures, video games and slim jims.
