Who's that?
@girlnxtdior
taking this online course and was assigned a group project. none of these members responding to my message regarding this
they better not wait last minute to do this
me saying I’m not gonna eat past 6 everyday.
Wow I had no idea. Was it the timing (eating late), the amount of food, or the type of food?That was me for many many years and part of the reason for my diabetes. I regret all those burgers and burritos at midnight.

It was all of it. Late night junk food with sodas and add the fact that I ate like that in the daytime as well. I did lots of sports so it didn’t affect me until I quit sports....but kept the same eating habits. Let the years pass by and the high blood sugar ate away my leg and arm muscles.

Thanks for sharing that with us.
Im 30 now and this is the worst shape I been in in forever. Last 2 years I gained 30 pounds cuz of the crazy hours I been working and late night dinners. I was looking for a reason to sign up for a half marathon in 3 months, this is it. Im gonna sign up tomorrow and commit.

Can eating late at night really be that bad if it's not junk?
Second week of training at my new job almost complete. Definitely a learning curve, but excited for what’s to come.
When they first sent me the breakdown, I was hot! I started reading up, I mean really reading up about your rights as a tenant. It's confusing, under my state (Cali) law, it says that they're not supposed to charge for normal wear and tear. At the same time, it also states that if it's disclosed on the leasing agreement, there's nothing you can do. These people just look for any reason not to give you your deposit back.
