walkingBred walkingBred Hahaha, yeah it’s cold AF in Chicago right now. I used to run (5-10miles) in this weather a couple years ago. You’ll be fine after a couple runs. If this is your first, you’re going to feel it in your lungs for sure but you get used to it pretty quickly. You probably need less clothing than you’d think, so don’t layer up too much. Enjoy!

Thanks man. I'm wearing a shirt, sweater, jogging pants, windbreaker, and some light knitted gloves. Same thing I've been jogging in all winter. Only thing I'm gonna do different us pop the hoodie and bring a mask incase the cold is too much to breath. I figure if I run long enough to warm up I'll be ok. About to stretch. I'll report back.

At my parents house watching the dude who walks around the mall and test people diamonds with the tester.... love the holidays 😂😂😂

Wasn't as bad as I expected it to be. Originally wanted to do 3 miles but wasn't prepared for how much my body wanted to jog faster to fight the cold. I tried to keep a normal slow pace but couldn't so I figured I'd just bang out 2 good ones.
