- Supporters are eagerly awaiting another goal or two in the home debut to the 2012-2013 campaign.
- Can't say I actually like Clichy's new hairstyle.
- Dzeko slows up City's build-up play tremendously. He's a gifted center-man, just can't help but feel his talents and strengths are better suited for Serie A or Bundesliga.
- Nasri putting on a stellar performance, challenging Tevez for man of the match. Milner looked very strong out wide in the Community Shield against Chelsea. If Nasri and Milner provide consistent wide-play with Yaya continuing his box-to-box duties and Rodwell emerging solid in the middle as more of a holding figure, City's midfield will be elite and perhaps the class of the EPL.
- Silva looks a touch out of form. Hopefully Mancini does a better job managing his minutes this campaign.
- Really wishing the best for Kun, that the knee isn't a serious injury.
