Richie is just one of those dudes who takes things too far and doesn't have the social awareness of when too much is too much. We all got dudes like that in our circle, regardless of what it is. I wouldn't want him on my squad tho, that's for damn sure

I said it from the start, Martin is a *****, admittedly one. However, that's not a crime or a horrible thing in life. On NT, its better to be a tough scumbag than a nice pushover of course, so that's why you see so many in here ready to pounce on him. Nowhere in the world besides a white college frat is it ok to chastize someone by incessantly calling them a "stinky pakistani." Richie is done and good riddance to him and his Tribal tattoos.

to be honest Martin would be depressed in a regular workplace cause dude admits he doesn't even know how to stand up for himself
work place verbal abuse wouldn't be to that level but if you don't stand your ground at work it's easy to get ran over by a boss or coworker
