My friend had a 5s and the fingerprint scanner stopped working. He ton it back for a replacement and none of the AT&T in the area had another one. He ended up grabbing the N3. He said it is a very goods phone.
This is the same one that I mentioned a while ago that goes through phones...
He actually has had a 5, Moto X, N2, 5s,and now N3 since August

I believe that it just caches those albums when you mark for offline use and doesn't actually download them.
I haven't tried to download just 1 song. Let me check...

It doesn't quite work like that, it caches the music and you'd have to copy it / rename it, etc.
Google play caches the music to /sdcard/Android/data/com.Google.Android. Music/cache/music according to a search I did.
For getting one song, make a new playlist, add the song you want, and make it available offline.

yeah, googled it and i guess it doesn't really store it on the phone that's accessible by any other apps?

that joint got rss intergration now though
i might just have to pull the trigger on a black one. don't know if i can handle being stuck on dem struggle 2g only speeds in my city though since the att version dont support aws

tried but i get to cache and there's no files or folders in it.

I didn't play with either one extensively, but I see virtually no difference between the s4 and htc one.

i have LOW faith in there being a "MAX" version of the Nexus 5...
like... 3000 mah battery... for $400... on a NEXUS....
that just sounds too good to be true, fambs...
i read on XDA that the max version is all rumors...
here's my prediction on the nexus 5 spec sheet
2 gb ram...
2700 mah batter across the board.
16 gb for 329... 32 gb for 379...
kit kat... hangouts will be the new integrated messaging app... but you can still use go sms and handcent... just wont have the ability to text from whatever location...
hangouts will be like the imessaging platform...
release on october 29-31...

The build on the HTC One is ridiculous. Definitely the best phone hardware wise to come out this year imo

Yes, the one definitely looks & feels like a quality/sophisticated device. I have no clue why Samsung had its phones looking like fisher price gadgets, even down to the colorful stock app icons. Neon orange, lime green, bright blue
was almost a deal breaker.

Samsung should of went the Polycarbonate root on their devices instead of the straight plastic. Looks so much better imo.
One thing I do miss about the plastic Gnex after switching to the 5s is that this thing is so damn frail. Put it down on the table and the chamfered edge chipped smh

Well just got my G2 in today and this phone is 
super fast, amazing camera and I'm loving the software. Had the one for a few months and the only thing that i miss is the speakers. Those were truly game changing. Oh and the build quality was also top notch on the One but i always had a case on it.
Even though the G2 is 5.2 inches it doesn't feel huge. Almost perfect size imo. The screen is probably the best I've seen on a phone so far. The lock screen is a cool little feature too, kinda addictive
The buttons on the back takes a little getting used to but after a day of using it, it feels normal now. I can actually see myself keeping this phone for a while.
All I need now is a case for this beast. What are my fellow G2 owners rocking with

Phone is thick enough. I don't want a brick on my hip.
Going to get a GSM Note 2, One Maxx, or Nexus 5.
Biggest thing for me now is battery life. My Note 2 spoiled me.
