Different fight, during which Captain AMERICA finally realized that he wasn't even fighting for the sake of the American people, but was instead just fighting to fight.

Dude literally ends the event without a single point to stand on. Son is trash.

And Tony was giving him the hands in another fight with the barest amount of effort. The fallout of both fights were also completely different. Captain America was in a hospital bed, with IV's and bandages, Tony was sitting prett as the new head of S.H.I.E.L.D.
