After reading thru most of the post on here, im not amused by the fact that we get treated the same pretty much everywhere (BLACKS and in a close 2nd are hispanics...its 2011 and we have a mixed President that looks Black and that really made things worse for us... not my story but this happened to my cousin...

The day after President Obama got elected me and my cousin are heading home form the Casino around 3am. We are on the North side of town (Black side by majority) And we get pulled over for what i have no idea, not speeding or anything.. we just got the turn arrow in our lane. (now you hear abt this type of %#%% all the time but say Na, i doubt it) However he complies and pulls over. 2 white officers run our info. im good he has a few traffic warrants no biggie ill bail him out with a few hundred its nothing.. they cuff kinfolk and walk him to the back of the car to pat him down.. etc...

Im still in the car but i over hear him say i didnt know my license was suspended. and the officer replied stop talking back.
Kinfolk: im not im just saying i didnt know
the other officer than reaches for his cuffs and tells folks to put his hands behind his back, and then grabs him and dumps him on the trunk for not moving fast enough. Kinfolk says very loudly thats B.S and they cuff him and commence to bustin his head. i hop out and break camp, no way u white boys bout to beat on me with those sticks, No Sir.. so i get up the hill on them boys and i swear its people coming out of there house to see this %#%%. i call 911 form my cell to report them beatn on my kinfolk, they call for back up and 2 more cars pull up and now they goin in. almost rodney king but not quite , bcuz by this time kinfolk is under the trunk tryna take cover.. it took a black officer to come and stop tht fiasco..

fast forward to bonding him out of jail the next day. he had 4 A@B (assualt and battery) on a Officer, plus evading arrest and the misc. BS they pulled him over for. Assualt on a officer how when he in cuffs, so thats 15,000 per A@B needless to say he made bond but ended up doing a yr and a hlaf behind nothing. And they crazy thing is his lawyer told him that it has been a few cases he heard abt just like his that same week. the officers got suspended with pay for 3 months and kinfolk got a year in the can, which caused his ol lady to bounce with the kids.. and he just got out in januaury.. now they are working on a civil suit but thtll be a ongoing process

I have a voice recording app on my iphone, and I stuck my phone in my apron (work at grocery store).
Nah he didn't know I was recording him while he was doing it... but when the store manager called the both of us in his office to talk about the situation, i pulled out my phone and played the *+%* he was sayin... then dude's face got mad red.

When I was done getting all my info, another kid told me to get the F out of  Harlem cuz I wasnt Black and I didnt belong here. I am very light skin Puerto Rican from the Bx and been to all Boros in NYC. I just think it was pretty messed up.

High school. I was one of two non-white people in my biology class. Guy next to me handed back my calculator since he was done. Teacher saw the black TI-83 and asked me what it was. Questioned me and made me empty my belongings in front of the entire class accusing me it was a bag of weed. He made some racist remarks and tried to get some lols out of the class at my expense. Apology was administered to my father but not me by said teacher after I told on him. He retired the next year and I still wanted payback.

Not the most racist, but it was quite a scary situation. At a predominately white park there was a confrontation between myself, my brother, and a few friends with these white kids and this filipino kid. They called us the n-word and terrorists, and then we said something that really upset them cause a few minutes later 3-4 cars pulled up with all white guys and some girls with baseball bats and other weapons. They surrounded as outside the cage at the basketball park but then the police drove by and they all dipped

Not racist, but when I went looking for a new car the the Mercedes dealership the guy asked me if I wanted to test drive the S550 or any other car on the lot. They gave me the keys with the quickness

working at this grocery store last year.....it was this lady in my line that was from the islands, but a guy in front of her was from the islands as well.......don't know what island, barbados or some #@+*......but as I got done finish ringing him up (he had on a soccer shirt) the older chick (looked to be in her 30's) said something to him about soccer because this when the big soccer thing was going on last summer......I didn't really care but alot of customer's were talking about it.

so he stops and talks about it for a good 20 seconds, and she asks was he from the islands, he said yes and told her what part....she then told him she was also...all the while i'm ringing up her #@+*...

she then turn's to me and says......."oh we're just talking about soccer, but you young black guy's don't care about that stuff, all you guys care about is basketball and football"

I replied with a serious look on my face, and a serious tone in my voice to let one know I was type pissed "Nah I don't watch basketball, and I don't watch football like that either"
