According to Dave Meltzer, the surgery performed this week on Triple H was to repair a torn muscle tendon in his arm. The word is that he suffered this injury during his time off. It's expected that he will be out of action for several months, which means he won't be able to make his scheduled return at Summerslam.

The Carroll County Times has a new article online on former WWE Diva Mickie James. The article promotes her upcoming appearance at the Maryland Championship Wrestling show on July 31st. In the piece, Mickie says the last time she watched wrestling was April 26th, the show featuring the 2010 WWE Draft. Mickie told the publication she broke down crying when fans began chanting "we want Mickie."

For those hoping for an end to the guest host concept on Monday Night RAW - it looks like that is a possibility. No more guest hosts have been scheduled past next week and next week's host (Florence Henderson) wasn't advertised on this week's show.

There was talk recently about WWE having a guest host every other week, but it looks like they've decided to drop the concept completely.

Do not be surprised if TNA announces at the Victory Road PPV that they have signed Paul Heyman. He may even make an appearance but has said if he signs with TNA that he would only show himself so that people know that hes arrived. He wants to remain backstage booking the programs.

Next year will be the tenth anniversary of the death of WCW so the current plan is to base it around former WCW talent. The current rumored wishlist includes: Lex Luger, Brian Pillman, Teddy Long, Ron Simmons, Goldberg, Arn Anderson, Road Warriors, Steiner Brothers, Sting (if hes no longer with TNA at the time), Mick Foley (if hes no longer with TNA at the time), Booker T, Terry Funk and Diamond Dallas Page. Not all may be inducted at once, but that is quite a list.
