I think the HIAC closes out WM for 4 reasons:

1- they don't want WM with Roman getting boo'd out of the stadium...

2- I suspect they'll needs to gimmick the ring ala Cactus/HHH HIAC...

3- "oh my god, why did (name deleted) destroy the Undertaker? He's never done anything like that before"...
