Why does he have to do it through music? Noone is taking into account what Kanye the person wants to do, if he wants to break through fashion then that is what he wants to do. Aside from the off the wall statements, I understand what he means as far as being typecast to only be able to do music. I agree, have to understand this is rage from years of trying to build connections and funding. The Nike deal gave him an inroad into the fashion world, he expected high fashion individuals to invest based on what he had done for nike in terms of look and quality and realized designing for nike isn't a big qualification to getting backing from Gucci and Louis Vuitton. He had to fund the whole Donda runaway show, cost racked up and the reviews where luke warm at best. It's rage from a lot of different places.

Another thing I noticed, he said he has to continue to do music cause that's what makes him popular and what will make his clothing line succeed. Yeah my fault I meant problem. It's laughable when someone says "Ye why don't you do it on your own" he basically says he don't have the money to do it. Most successful people in the fashion world started out with even less than he has so he sounds extremely ungrateful and immature.

That's what I'm saying though, ok you made the Yeezys but at the same time your fashion show was wack. You need a better resume and one that shows longevity in the business. The sense of entitlement and expectation is off, they don't owe him anything. You make one hot shoe and all of a sudden you deserve royalties? In what world?
