For us west indians, this is the go to meal when you don't feel like cooking a real meal. Slice up some onions, garlic, and tomatoes and cook this up, and eat with some rice.

GT stand up....could never get with the sardines but i seen em get handled on plenty occasionsGuyanese. Also used to eat corn mutton a lot but I never see that in American stores. To complete the trifecta though is my personal favorite...
