The first thread I made was about my paint chipping on the back of my VIs...

I remember the "ONE OF THE PLANES FLEW RIGHT OVER MY HEAD!!!!" thread on 9/11 - and some kid had some smart @!! reply like, "Did your kicks getdirty?"

I remember s/ns like Superpornthug (or some @!!#), McSping, DROP BOWS ON EM (or something to that effect), DatHarlemNigga...

Having to get rid of my og s/n (Air Jordan 202) because some kid named Air Hova 202 got exposed for posting some pictures of a girl he said was he girlfriendbut was just some internet model, and people confusing our names...

JediNYC swearing up and down the Bred XIs would never drop.

When avys were known as "personal pics".

When the majority of these mods were just regular NTers...

LOL, yeah it was lolitzkenny. I think the dude moved back to SoCal from Seattle or something like that, and Kenny and another member, I forgethis name, paid him a visit. They took back the kicks and Kenny confiscated the homie's porn collection as well.

back then, the main focus of NT was really about the shoes...it's seems to have grown to more than a shoe community.... as a matter of fact, all that shoehype has died down, you don;t see the 100+ page threads of people postings 10x pairs they bought of some hypebeast rainbow sneaker anymore.... not even thejordan section is like that anymore. i hardly ever see the usual resellers postings their inventory. maybe they've moved onto other money makingventures???....... if you go to the retro section, every "limited" release is frowned upon on and regular GR releases get attention from only thosewho really want and like them, and everyone else just moves on. it's becoming less stupid like it was back in 2004-2006....
