    40 Hour Work Week

    OT and taking PTO pretty much whenever I want. Like I'll work 2 or 3 doubles in a week but take an extra day off for a long weekend.

    Hit 405 lbs today, previous pr was 380 lbs. Had to double take and make sure it was what it was. 315 and 365 moved way better than usual so had to go for something good.

    If you haven't been on a consistent workout grind you will lose fat and gain muscle once you start again. Other than that, what @Black Adam said. Body recomp. Calculate your BMR and eat about 200 -400 under that for sustainable weight loss.
