Yo them 5's are crazy!!!!! I have a pair of laker VI's That I want to make the clear sole, the tongue jumpman and the back jumpman gitd, What paint/method do you recommend? I fugure the retrobrite method for dyieng the sole unless you have any better suggestions? Thanks in advance

Ok cool Thanks alot i appreciate the info. If that doesnt work then more than likely I'm going to repaint the front and back elephant print black and put a black tint on the icy sole. Since the elephant print is orange do you think it best to strip the color first or just dye over it? I'm planning on doing this to a pair of Lakers VI's, to both Jumpmen on the back and on the tongue tab, as well as the sole. Do you think this will work on the sole if I add it to some Retrobrite? Thanks

Yeah thats exactly what happened, Rookie mistake = Lesson Learned. I put in alot of elbow grease this weekend trying to lighten it up, I used a suede eraser first but stopped cause I didnt like how the nubuck started to feel and then just kept wetting it trying to get ther rest out...

So I used Retrobrite and it worked fine in bringing back my icy sole, but veven though I taped and double-taped with 3M blue painters tape, this is what I saw when i took the tape off....Suggestions?.....

Also: Only Built 4 Cuban Linx.... No one knew how the Purple Tape  would change the game...
