In a heartbeat. I lived in Africa from 10-14 and loved every min of it. Switzerland or Costa Rica are top of my list. Just need to do a few scouting trips over the next few years, then make it happen.

1 Jan got the 1600 cals from myfitnesspal's recommendation using their goal wizard. About 3 weeks ago I used the IIFYM calc and my TDEE came out to ~2300. Been going with 2300 ever since.

Been eating 3-4 organic eggs (over easy or scrambled) cooked in coconut oil with 3-4 pieces of bacon for the past year. I stay full off them healthy fats and protein. Keeps my *** away from them donuts every morning.
I do a jump rope routine to get warmed up before i lift then either run a mile or jump rope again after lifting. Read somewhere that cardio post lift session is good for cutting...but I haven't seen much of a difference yet.

I tried doing this but it didnt last. Might have been the protein i used at the time, but to me it was gross. Also added natural PB to get some healthy fats...nasty. I now just blend it with my mid morning shake and call it a day.
When you guys are cutting, do you eat the same macros everyday regardless of it being a training day vs. a rest day? Or do you scale back the carb intake on rest days? Seems like on training days it would make sense to get all the macros in to support your workout for that day. But on rest days...
Man, I pretty much look like ur before pic but with a bigger belly. Lol. How long did it take to get where you're at? I was 255 but after a half marathon I'm now down to 220. Tryin to get to 180-190 hoping that will get me where I want to be aesthetically. Mad props tho.
