During my pickup. I showed them my voucher and when they scanned it and verified it. They scanned again after closing and opening it. I don't think this has anything to do with the process but probably to make sure you actually reserved via the app.

I 100% agree with this. Went tts (UK 8) and fits tight. Swapping sizes for an 8.5 and the feel perfect.
