If I'm training for a marathon, I split my workouts into two sessions. 45 to 60 minutes of running in the AM and another for of cardio for 45 min in the PM
Downtown is central to almost everything in LA. People watching in Melrose or Silverlake is always good. Check out the MOCA, eat at Full House in Chinatown........ seriously you're choices are endless.

^^^^ Just make sure you eat enough on days you want to double up on your workouts. I did the cardio in the am and p90 at PM for about a month. It helped I madesure I had enough caloric intake to supplement my workouts.
