2016 Official NBA Off-Season Thread: Former Greatness

Durant, Thomas, Horford

You're right about Horford, he would be the 3rd guy

Spurs have to upgrade the backcourt to have any hope of getting by the Warriors and Thunder (assuming Durant returns).

It's a wrap for this iteration of the Spurs.

They'll be a great regular season team again but falter against any elite backcourt.

I love lil Zeke...but hey may not even be a top 10 pg in this league :lol. Horford, is better suited as your 3rd/4th option.

KD to Boston would be a huge step back.

Papi retiring this year. TB12 has 2-3 years left. KD would be the guy after that.

The better question is, what does OKC have that Boston doesn't? :lol

I hope Brady only has 2-3 years left, but thats not likely. He has more than that unfortunately for all Non-Pats fans

@WojVerticalNBA The Utah Jazz are finalizing a deal to send guard Trey Burke to the Washington Wizards for a future pick, league sources tell @TheVertical.
I hope that's a second rounder for the Wizards' sake.

48 wins with Isaiah as the Alpha.

We would've finished with 50+ wins if Crowder didn't get injured late in the season.

He was the #1 on a 50 win team though.

He's a fine second option, especially when you have Horford.

KD staying on OKC so it don't matter.

Not saying much though.

We're assuming KD would choose Boston because he feels like they are a contender, correct?

So, look at every contender and tell me who has a worst big 3 than Boston. I'll wait.

Boston's overall team helps, plus Stevens is a great coach.

He would be making a backwards move going to Boston, and if anyone can't see that, not sure what we're discussing then

Lakers really signed Moz to 4/64 when Bismack went for 4/72.

Can't be life.

In before Noblekane comes to justify Mozgov.

Happy Lakers put their chips in too quick and didn't land Biyombo. Seemed like an excellent fit to what the Lakers want right now. Biyombo would have more trade value in that 4th year as well.

get that money JC. You've been underpaid for the past 5 years.

Can't believe he's played for 15 years already. I'm getting old
