I don't know man. Maybe if he scowls ,yells and looks angry all the time he could be a good defender like Russ is .Harden doesn’t need to learn anything from Russ. Not one

Sounds crazy but Celtics were a better team without kyrie. They blew out the cavs 3 times in the playoffs and with no kyrie they were a better defensive team.
Dude don’t get no calls....Just ELITE at finishing at the rim without the benefit of The whistle. This is what it looks like when a guard makes timely drives and focusing on making the shot instead of drawing the foul......3ball not hitting....take it to the rim....and finish...
Also.....
Very trueCelts would’ve killed to have kyrie in game 6 or 7 when rozier went 0-10 from deep.
Not posting up is not a hole in a guard's game. Especially when their entire offense is predicated around their ability to break defenders down off the dribble for an open 3, a shot in the paint, or a pass to an open teammate.
Westbrook: 0.83 PPP on post ups (40th percentile), 38% FG
Irving: 0.77 PPP on post ups (28th percentile), 41% FG

After G1, He was dreadful in the 2nd half of games.
GSW was very beatable last night and he just wasn’t up for it.
Harden is 6 foot 5 he should be able to post up smaller guards
If only the warriors had a small guard who was food on defense for harden to take advantage of
The Warriors did a good job of making him play defense. There was no time to catch his breathe

Harden used to post up more before under Mchale.
Developing a post game can only help IDC what the stats say. Posting up is an added offensive option if he can actually score there. It could take less energy to get to the cup since he gets the ball close. Can draw doubles and hes a talented passer. The thing with harden is he has a low release point and he isnt as tall as other post players so fadeaways are tricky.
Posting up smaller players is still good basketball if the guy knows what hes doing.
