its believed that he really wanted to go to 49ers for a year.....I can see that being true.
brady signed with them for 2 years, to keep EVERYone brady added a 3rd year......guessing with the thought that it was a voidable year and would be voided.....bucs didnt want to cut him so they said retire or play

take a look at this bruce comment, think there were a few others as well.....he def told owner we are not trading him nor cutting him

Makes sense...word was out that Arians was trying to overrule Brady, which may or may not have interrupted that team...Brady is at home calling his own shots, a la Manning...a defensive HC is exactly what makes sense...Bowles is a good *** coach too...

Bowles deserves it anyway...this all makes too much sense.

Yea definitely looks like a decision that works for all sides involved in the end. TB and Leftwich get to run the offense without any issue, the coach the whole locker room loves gets promoted to the main job and BA gets to avoid the stress and demands of another full season being hands on at his age with his health concerns while still working with the team.

From all the player interviews and comments over the last 2 seasons, they respect and love the hell out of Bowles and he got the lions share of the players credit coaching wise when it came to their title run. Feel like he's in the best possible place for himself for his second shot at a HC gig.

Still don't get the hate...Im getting deja vu here, but despite the jokes, BA always demonstrated he was a real one. When you speak off the cuff like he does, you're bound to be click bait here and there, but he's been the same cat since Temple.
