I know a couple of children who get these moves off

i dont even know who would be the right people to even vote for the 75 greatest of all time.

The tough part about finding the right people to vote is that everyone is biased towards their era. Look at Dr J's list he put out a couple of months ago, he didn't have a single player under the age of 50.

Entire list consisted of guys he watched a growing up and guys he played against.

On top of that, many younger players and even writers don't know much about guys from the 50s and 60s and would completely discount their accomplishments and leave them off the list entirely.

It's going to be a 💩show regardless and the guys from the 50-year list who get bumped off are probably going to be pissed 😆

Similar to how it was broken down back in 1996, you have to have different segmentations of voters.

75% Former Players/coaches- You try to get the best players from their respective eras (You cannot vote for yourself).
25% Media - highly esteemed journalists and media personalities (they cannot be under the age of 30)

It’s all barber shop / first take slow day type talk anyway. I don’t know if there would be a way to break it up into era’s so the old heads keep their legacy and respect. I can’t think of a good way to break it up into eras because players inevitably cross over eras no matter how you slice it.

Oh I was talking about jobs and stuff. Everyone I know who is in a frat has never worried about getting a job.
I've gotten most of the jobs I ever had thru networking. Sometimes they were people I knew but other times it was just a brief conversation. Hardly ever even needed a resume :lol. But networking is the generic response when you ask someone the point of Greek life

Breakdown across the following time periods:

40's - 50's: 20%
60's - 70's: 40%
80's - 2010's: 40%

You're not a bro?
90

Certainly not that kind of bro.

BTW, y'all know I'm NOT white, right? 🤣

Yeah, but that the type of old white dude I think of that still stand proud for their frat after all that time.

Wonder if anyone has ever joined multiple frats to get even more jobs. Also, do people put their frat on their resume?

I don't think it's possible to join multiple fraternities. Everyone knows who is in each fraternity, even at big schools. It's an underhanded and lame thing to do regardless of if you could get away with it or not.

You could *maybe* join a white fraternity and then join a black fraternity because the social circles are so separated at big schools but there's no way you could join two white fraternities or two black fraternities.

I actually knew a black guy who joined a white fraternity his freshman year and then transferred to a different school and pledged Alpha Phi Alpha. He just never told anybody about being a white fraternity at his first school and he stopped paying dues.

Sounds like a good plot to an Animal House movie

Sounds like someone who lived in NY and joined the Bloods, then moved out to LA and joined the Crips

Frats are lame af, and I've never hired someone because of the frat they were in.

Now, if we're talking about the old places someone's worked and what groups they belonged, that's different.

Technically yes. There are professional fraternities such as Theta Tau (engineering) and I know some ppl who have done that and everything went Black Greek as well
