Even my kid mentions how comfy they are. His favorites. Sharing some pics of an 8 year old’s use. Got them in March. Cleaned them up and noticed the heavy wear areas.

UPS shows a different state ?
Called NIKE
they claim was UPS delivery error and they won't send them back to get it.
My size now out if stock so refund coming.

Fedex just delivered these a few minutes ago! I'm super excited! Plus the shipping time has been less than half the usual, wow!

Zero flaws and OMG, they're even better than I expected in person. The translucent sole hue is just perfect! For one, strictly NO yellow and the outsoles on the official pics are waaaay too blueish...so in real life just enough blue, just enough gray, perfect translucent mix in my eyes and under all light conditions, simply awesome.

Question: I just received my Tatum 36s from NDC, i feel like they sent me a used pair?
The laces are intact, but pair is missing a foam cover for one heel part and the soles look discolored (see photos)
Am I overthinking this?

UPDATE: Second (replacement) pair arrived today from NDC.
Perfect condition, MINT and soles were clean.
Relieved and happy.

I’ve had this happen to me before. I got a refund from Nike, and then the package magically showed up about 10 days later.
