anyone have the Samsung Galaxy s3?

I tried the phone. Just wasn't feeling it. The layouts were inconsistent, I saw a few too many hangups, and the interfaces seem kinda sloppy.

The phone is certainly fast though. It just lacks polish to me.

Elaborate plz...

Lol yoooo I thought my team got put on auto pilot... I haven't signed in since hymen never played me and advanced even tho I was trying for days to play foolie so it's whatever ill sign in tonight n rough u up if u want. I'll be home and online anytime after 6

iPhone5=Simple, easy to use, tons of apps and "just works", a .5 inch screen "upgrade" :lol, syncs with iCloud which is cool btw if you own multiple Apple Products

Android=Do Whatever the hell you want with your phone with beastly specs.
I'd recommend the One X, S3, Galaxy Nexus, Evo LTE.

Yo I just got the phone. Does anyone know if having a case will prevent me from using the S beam share feature?

i had the one x and it was not better, i had problems with that phone thats why i got rid of it. The only thing the one x has over the galaxy s3 is the camera, other than that the galaxy s3 rapes that phone

You forgot some

phone build quality
call quality
screen quality
Sense is still better than Touchwiz

Samsung makes low quality hardware. Just had to send my mom's Galaxy Nexus (GSM) back to Samsung because the micro usb connector stopped working. Phone is 4 months old.

Wish Nokia made Android phones or HTC made a Nexus device.

Pretty good actually. I use the stock e-mail app for my Campus e-mail because they use an exchange server. All my e-mails get pushed to my phone instantaneously.

That's the way apple operates tho. That is why customers like them, they create devices where you don't have to think to use them. All you had to do was enjoy the innovative options they gave u.

But now, they're no longer innovative. They're the standard because everyone else caught up to them. Maybe the s3 has overpasses them, until apple becomes innovative once again..right now it just seems like they're maintaining

Is there anyone that had an iphone and switched over to samsung?

thinking about getting a new phone by the end of the month and the 4s, s3, & droid razor m were the ones I was looking at.

Soon-to-be-MAYBE Android user here. I'm currently shopping phones for Android and got rid of my iP4 a few weeks back. I'm borrowing a friend's Incredible 2 now, just to get a feel for Android. The S3 was on my consideration, but I'm liking the Razr Maxx HD more. I hate the S3 shape. I LOVE Apple and had every iPhone since the 2 (minus the 4S because that was a pointless drop... that phone is FINALLY 1 year old as of today and the 5 was already released lol). I'm finding the Android OS is easy to navigate and I like the 'openness' of it. And then I discovered the Google Play which is better than my $25 iTunes Match and only lacks in only 5000 less tracks uploaded than Apple's capacity. It streams. I played with the 5 and until it's jailbroken, I think I'm leaning more toward an Android with the bigger and more vibrant screen. I used to hate Android but it's grown on me now.

i've had the same phone for 6 years now
but this phone looks like a good contender for me to go to
but i think i'll wait for the samsung galaxy s3 2 to come out to fix w/e problems or upgrades they can add for me to get.

Ive had an s3 since july and its cool and all but sometimes i feel its too big :lol

And not too mention the battery life is ****.

Boutta **** wit dat iphone5 :smokin

It is a big phone for sure and the back panel of the phone is a thin piece of plastic. Personally the battery life is fine for me and I watch videos on it regularly. Last update which combatted a security issue has negatively effected my email legibility though.
