.5 up from your TTS should be fine. For a lot of people, that's their preference.

I size 0.5 up and it fits better for the width. Length not much of issue.

i had the same question and ended up going into footlocker just to try on a pair and see for myself.

I am TTS in GLV
.5 up from TTS in GL3
.5 down from TTS in Gel Sight

I side stepped this problem by going .5 up in GL3 - it did bug me.

Thanks Im gonna have to do that with with the Atmos. Not a big loss anyway. Its always the GLII's with different tongue materials like the nylon that I have problems with.
