I don't necessarily believe it was orchestrated, but I wouldn't put it past ole Jerry either. the dude hangs out with Chris Christie.

my man, we're having enough trouble processing this without you throwing this type of rahrah into the mix. this issue goes way beyond some damn team loyalties.

Jerry was shook. He had no rebuttal. Man laid it out clear as day. Jerry couldn't flip it to the flag and anthem curve they be using.

The league and it's owners have no problem bringing awareness to non-sports causes like breast cancer, but somehow have a problem bringing awareness to inequality, which also takes innocent lives. Just another hypocrisy. Can players wear cleats, socks, and sweatbands with a message for inequality on them? They'd probably say it's against some uniform code and is disrespectful to the team/organization.
 
Would be interesting if these people like Diddy & Master P did come together with Kaep and create another league to compete with the NFL. Create a black owned league that would play it's games on TV One on Sundays and throw in some HBCU games on Saturday (Like BET use to do back in the early 90s).

was just gonna say this...USFL basically only failed because a future President moved the league to the fall for direct competition, and the XFL only failed because it was run by an insane person. if a party was committed to and funded for the pursuit, there's no real reason why it couldn't stick.
 
The XFL failed because of inadequate preparation for the first weekend of football. The second weekend had remarkably better production on the field but someone forgot to put enough gasoline in the generator so the cameras went dark and people flipped the channel to never tune back in.
 
That mess looked like those old after school specials where the scumbag learns their lesson and changed their ways. SMH

won't bull**** ya, it would take some serious cash--B's upon B's--but the talent is the league.

watch when that NFL CBA expires in a few years, this whole deal will not be forgotten. it was bad enough with the existing issues before this.

DIRECT competition is out, but a spring football model would make some folks sweat.

i was listening to Michael K....that lawyer doesn't have anything, what he's banking on is between da 30ish teams, they just need to prove in documents that 2 teams conspired to keep Kaep out.
 
And see a lot times if you just let people talk enough they'll let something slip. All these owners saying they can't sign him for PR, he's a distraction, Jerry tryna force his players to stand, the dumb *** president saying he talks to NFL owners dictating to them how to run their teams. They're basically exposing themselves. All they had to do was shut the **** up but they can't help themselves. Now Kaep still needs something solid but it's a chance he got something.
