I think all I need is a 2-2500 sqft. That might be the sweet spot. Probably more so a condo minus the condo fees lol

I have 1080 square feet and even that feels huge at times. It’s now only my wife & I half the time & my kiddo stays the other half. Step-daughter moved out earlier in the year and we have a room just sitting empty where we throw our extra stuff in. I can’t imagine cleaning/maintaining something considerably bigger.
