Dressing Better Vol 2.0

Anyone have any experience with Unbranded denim? Not the black I'm looking for but I might try out some of their other selvedge jeans or their chinos. Price isn't bad at all.

http://theunbrandedbrand.com/collections/all

quality is ok. doesnt feel like some naked & famous or nudies but theyre ok.

they fit tight. probably a size up or even two size up from a levis 511. (but this is because i have large thighs)

edit ^ yeah exactly like what UNKNWN said

Any reviews on the J Crew ludlow suits? Been reading great things about them... thinking baout picking one up.

As stated before Steezy swears by them. I have picked up a couple of suits over the last 12-16 months and I must say my Charcoal ludlow is and probably always will be my favorite. The materials are quality and the fit even off the rack is very nice. I got mine tailored a little over a year ago for my sisters graduation and I have always gotten compliments on it. Even older guys notice little things about the suit which makes me appreciate it even more.

I was actually the one that posted those summer suits that are on sale a couple pages back. I had already picked up a khaki suit this summer so I copped the grey joint instead, even tho I know it was an impulse buy I felt like I got a really good deal and I won't regret it much down the line since I'm possibly gonna be in a much warmer climate for the first seveeral months of 2014.

If you have a couple other suits that can be used in the fall it wouldn't hurt to cop one of those sale summer suits in order to try out the ludlow fit and quality, mine came out to 288 after using that 40% off sale

Wis you sleep bro Walking Dead the comic book is way better than the show. I been reading it for a good while now and its pretty dope. I gotta admit the last year or so has been kinda slow with the story arcs but I know they are putting alot of effort into the show/ video games so it can be expected.

Any other comic readers in here?

sorry for the repost, but didn't get much feedback & would like some before i submit some changes.

i just got a suit from indochino & i feel like the jacket/vest fit too tight.. the top back of the jacket is the main concern, but where do you even edit that in their measurement changes (options are below).. seems like there's a slight x when buttoned as well. i also feel like the jacket sleeves are too short.. any feedback would be great!

i posted a few pictures below, but if you need more pictures to determine anything, you can look here http://www.flickr.com/photos/bforbernard/sets/72157634519135456/.

^Yeah, jacket looks tight especially from the back. The sleeve is a bit short for the average person. Looks like it can be half an inch longer. Can't judge much from the pic on the waistcoat.

Haha I don't follow comics, man. I don't really watch much TV either.

Ahh okay I get it... Well yea man Walking Dead is good stuff if u ever need a reality break...

I've been weaning myself off TV for a good while now, but I still got a couple shows I like to follow just to keep me entertained during those down times.

Cole World... The sale is over bro u missed it over the weekend. Everything in the sale section was 40% off with the STYLE40 code, there are 3 suits currently in the sale section so I'm sure they will hit whatever the next sale is within the next couple weeks just keep an eye out.

It may be just me but J. Crew has really slowed down on offering that 40% off of sale prices lately while they've increased the 30% off all orders (with card) this year. I use to come up on so much stuff with those 40% off coupon codes.

Here's that JCP suit I ended up wearing to a wedding this past weekend:

700

This is once we got dropped off at my girl's moms' place after a lot of dancing (all the wrinkling) and SEVERAL drinks from the open bar :lol :smokin only cost me 84 bucks so I was happy with it

Probably going with these Weird Guys from N&F, this guy sized down and they look great. I went TTS with my weird guys and they're a bit big now so I'll do the same

1000

Good stuff Ced. Pocket square up next time though man!

Thanks bro, I had a white one but wedding was outside and hot as **** out there :lol was wiping my forehead every 5 mins, so I ended up just putting it in my pocket haha

Picked up a couple of Mossimo henley's at Target over the weekend, pretty solid for a $12.99 shirt. Love the fit.

here's a summer fit: Don't mind the serious face LOL.

Just wanted to play around with all-red 574's. I never really wore running shoes with jeans or chino's, so this is a first. Really wanted the shoes to stand out, so I used base coloured pants (Levi's 5'11) and a regular black polo from (Armani X).

I've been a fan of this thread, from day one, when it all started in Yuku. A lot of guys inspired me to change my style from a "shoe-head" to a lil more matured, from guys like niidawg, jkissi to fellow posters now. This is my first post here.... (go easy on me LOL).

Keep up the good work y'all!! I look forward to seeing more of your unique fits!

Not a fan of that outfit, shoes are too "loud" for what you are wearing up top. Navy polo, I assume, is conservative. Personally not a fan of the flared out collar (for lack of a better term).

s'all good. I was gonna do a more subtle colour for the 574 - grey, but I saw the red and was like F it. Let's do it... it's summer. why not? I still might get the grey's. If I do, I'll switch it up!

lol the collar does look a lil flared in the pic? It usually doesnt flop out like that. I was late for a function and it was early so maybe that's one reasoning? LOL.

I disagree I think the outfit is actually pretty clean. I like the red shoes with olive pants and the black shirt works best or else you'd probably be too matchy-matchy

theJet,
Great fit. I admire the boldness. The current culture in this current DB thread might not approve of your choice, but frankly, I'm growing tired of seeing the normal beat up desert boots, thrifted dress shoes, bargain cheap suits, and high end sneakers that frequent this thread (no shots fired, just an observation) It is good to see change sometimes. All red New Balances are a rarity here. Keep on posting. It is good to have variety !
