I like Both. Well now I do. I never rocked heels until I actually started Modeling. Im Comfortable in them now.

Everybody wears jeans & sneakers at some point, I'd rather wear something stylish and unusual (a conversation starter sometimes, actually) than thesame grey New Balance 574 or Nike cross trainers from JC Penney that every other woman whips out when it's sneaker time.

There are places where trainers are the norm:
the gym
grocery shopping
running errands when kids are involved (gotta be ready to make a quick dash after a cousin or nephew, lol).\

There are places where women should NEVER wear sneakers:
church
the office (i will wear them once in a blue moon on casual Friday, but they'll be really sleek or a conservative style)
the club (never understood chicks in sneakers at a party or club)
any date that's not bowling or an arcade, etc.

Everywhere else is a toss-up between sneakers and proper shoes and I play it by ear.

I'm not saying women shouldn't wear other *%#% ... matter of fact , I encouraged it .

But if you dudes are going to have standards , look in the mirror first ...
