I would honestly lie to them at this point. I hate edm, but when ur drunk in Vegas dancing with hot girls...it wont matter.

1OAK is definitely all hip hop. 1OAK in my previous experiences do have presales but it's not as available weeks before as the bigger clubs such as Marquee/XS/Hakkasan. I suggest you email the host to check but keep any eye on 1OAK on wantickets as that's the platform you use to buy presales.Appreciate that. Definitely worth considering. I keep sneaking off to make these calls. You know how it is man, i just want this to be taken care of this weekend.
I want tickets for something to be bought, some plan to be made, i just wanna make sure that at the very worst we have at least that one club guaranteed that we can fall back on if the rest of vegas turns out to be a disaster with this group

1OAK SEEMS to be very hiphop based. But as far as i can see, they dont have presale tickets available for june just yet.
Should i just email the host for that club and ask anyways? Becuz that seems like its very well suited for our musical tastes.

It ain't a rave. It's accessible electronic music that caters to drunk people in Vegas. Hell, half the people at XS probably don't even like the music (or, it's not their preference). They're just there because it's the place to be. your friends will have fun.

Ashamed to tell this story.
Me and my folks (5 of us) just came from the casino. Two of my boys won some $ on Blackjack. About $200 and about $100 respectively. So we are walking outside and we see a lady playing a game on a box. It is like the game where you hide the ball under a hat, mix the hats around, and then have someone guess where the hat is. So she is there playing with 3 other women and those women are winning and losing. Mixed results.
So my boy steps up to play. He puts out a $10 and she says, "No stripper $. Only $100s." So he puts out a hundred. Then she says, "Put out another hundred and you can win $400." So he does it.
So she shows the ball, puts the hat on the ball, scrambles the hats, and the hat in which WE ALL thought the ball was under was NOT the hat that the ball was under. He lost $200 just like that.
My other boy steps up to the box and tries the same thing. Loses. He does it 3 times though. Loses $600.
So the lady was about to let him get his money back and give him one more shot and then she says, "I gotta go. The police are coming."
She got those dudes man. Good.
We (the ones that didn't play) tried to tell them to stop but they didn't listen man.
And come to find out, those original 3 women with her were all in on it.
Sad day.

2 bedroom suite for 8 at Mandalay or two bedroom suite for 8 at Signatures? Price for three nights is about $1400 all in at Sig and $2000 at Mandalay. The bachelor is leaning towards Mandalay because of their sports book, the long walks at Sig, and MB's new DAYLIGHT pool party. I'm 50/50. I don't mind that Signature walk. Thanks!

Signature is nice, have never even been in Mandalay Bay...Hakk and Wet Republic vs Daylight and Light...If he wants to stay there, just put the extra few bucks in I guess?

if you stay at Mandalay be prepared to taxi everywhere on the strip. It's one of the first hotels on the strip, i'm assuming you will be going to some of the better clubs on the strip. Be mindful that the taxi cab fares will evenutally start to add up.
I'm usually never in my room, just shower, maybe nap if i need it. Just my opinion, but some food for thought.

Don't need to go anywhere with the new clubs there...If ur there for 2 nights, just do Mandalay and MGM...Got everything u need.

Thanks fellas. Totally agreed. Going to be cabbing it everywhere if we leave that end of the strip. He wants to grab a suite to use as a home base (and for the scripper show we're bound to get). I liked Sig too when I was there and Wet Republic was sick! I figure either way we can't lose. Each has some gives and takes. Up to me though... Sig Towers.

Is the strip transit pretty reliable, I'm leaving FL tomorrow headed Vegas via LA so I'm driving there. Turning the car in on Sat morning but I saw that they have a 3 day bus pass for $20 that stops by pretty much all the hotel/casinos. We're staying at the Stratosphere so it's all the way at the north end of the strip, I'm thinking these cabs could add up pretty quickly.
Also ecook, any hookups for tomorrow night or Sunday, got the other 3 days covered.

Looks like a summit is going down July 12-13-14 with the amount of heads that are gunna be out there. Should have a nice lil group of Nter's who have been on here for awhile.
Only thing I mess with is cab's...They can add up QUICK from down there. The bus pass probably stops at like 9-10 pm so I wouldn't mess with it.
With it being MDW there are no BS deals at all. If u want to get in for a handshake, may be able to swing something...

Totally forgot it's that weekend...Too crazy for me. Had 3-4 different groups of girls ask me if they could stay with me cuz they know I have rooms...Told them let's go out for drinks and have my boys meet ur girls and see how our groups "click"...1 group down, another one next weekend
