GOING TO VEGAS IN A WEEK VOL: Help me with my experience...

The only reason I don't agree with doing the general admission to the club because do you really wanna be standing at the bar with 10 of your boys all night? But that's just me. If that's the case, I wouldn't even go out

true. i guess my experiences are totally different with my homies. we usually all end up splitting up anyways

One option is to have some get a table and have the cheaper ones handshake to get in.

Jackcolton.com is a good resource for hosts and talk to Ecook for hookup at Tao.

As far as daylife I would do Encore Beach Club or Marquee or Tao Beach if you want something cheaper. Again would recommend VIP with the cheap ones doing handshakes

Im updating a few of them with the info I've gotten so far and I'm getting some ***** *** responses :smh:

I don't know if anything will make these dudes happy. I almost wanna give up. I'm not even the best man, the bachelor said the best man is a antisocial geek who doesn't know anything about partying or leaving his home...So he Asked me to organize. Im not the life of the party myself or anything, but How am I supposed to work with that? :smh:

Appreciate the advice from you guys,
I'm not gonna give up but I'm gonna organize a plan and people are either gonna go along or be negative Nancy's sitting alone in the room watching tv.

Dennis, you know my feel. if it was me and my core group of friends we'd for sure do a great table at a great club and make life easy. But most of these dudes have a lower budget, so I have to accommodate. I don't even know a few of em. So I'm not down to put in for the big time table then have a few cheap strangers not chip in and leech onto our table and alcohol :smh:

A table budget of 750-1200 seems more realistic. And to keep it real, we have 12 people but I'm a realist. All 12 of these dudes ain't chipping in, i just have a gut feeling based on responses and complaints so far. Ill be lucky if I can get 9 for sure contributions. So I'm def willing to go to a Tier 2 club to bring down the price.

Ecook appreciate ur pm, I responded bro.

Is the new buffet at the Ceasars worth the $40 entry? I wanna do it. I'm not rich, far from it, but if I'm already spending hundreds on this trip I wanna eat at the best buffet/restaurants. But OF COuRSE some dudes already complaining about the $40 buffet entry.

I told them to go eat at the McDonalds strip for dinner while we all go dine at a nice buffet. IDGAF anymore about the complainers. I wanna make something nice happen for the people who are down.

damn, i know times are rough.. but why are these dudes going to vegas? complaining about buffet prices? what were they planning on doing out there? sipping on bud light, walk the strip and watch the bellagio fountain show? yeesh.

i know they wanna support their boy and be a part of his bachelor party, but damb, they gotta realize they holding him back fromall the fun he could potentially have

Still looking at pool options for this Sunday. Pre-sales are wiped out. Might have to do the "golden handshake".

To dude planning the bachelor party. Jackcolton is your ticket.

Like others have said, going to LV with broke dudes blows chunks. Get their budget and go from there. Probably too late but an LV bachelor party should be limited to close circle friends 4-6. Throw a "bachelor party" with the broke dudes closer to home.

Any beach/pool hookups for Sunday PM me. Otherwise we'll be hitting on cougars at the hotel pool. ...

if you guys are on a low budget you can just get presale tickets at a big club (marquee, hakkasan, xs) and split your group up into 3 groups. go in with 4 heads at a time. you can even handshake the bouncer and just be like "80 bucks for 4 of us to skip the line" then just rinse and repeat.

If you have pre-sales, it doesn't matter how many dudes you're rolling with. It's pre-paid admission. The only thing keeping you out is if you get there late and it's at capacity.

Took me a few minutes to figure it out.
Not sure if serious.

but most casino/hotels have showers and tubs.
What's wrong with a $20 bottle of Grey Goose?
wow. I thought I was the only one.
been there/done that w/ the club scene. there's so many other ways I'd rather use money than just to dump it all into a club.

what's your favorite poker room EBW?

I used to frequent Caesars and Paris, when they still had a room. now i'm primarily at MGM, Venetian or Flamingo. really depends on where i'm staying.

that paris poker room was EASY MONEY! I won like 2 tournaments there and finished in the money like 3 times.

Damn, you guys making me realize that 12 dudes wont be easy to get into the clubs without a table.
So a table is high priority.

Ecook, appreciate your response bro. Im about to PM you with some questions.

I was excited about NightSwim until i realized it was only on sundays. Anything else like that for the friday night? It would be perfect to do a night pool party on friday, because some of the dudes have strip club planned for friday night but nothing before it.
I dont wanna spend our friday night wondering aroudn casinos until its strip club time.
Any fun Non-Club activity for a friday night, like a pool party, would be great info. :nerd:

I haven't gone to vegas in a while, but I'm going in two weeks. Back in the day 07-09 we used to roll with big groups of guys. If you have 12 dudes break them up into 4 groups of 3 find some chicks that are in back of the line ask them if they want to cut up front. Offer to buy them a drink for helping you get in. Not sure how much this would work now a days it seems like groups of girls never have to wait lol.

Tell me about it bro. I called my boy up last night who is sort of my assistant, he's been down with everything NT has recommended. I asked him to make a few calls and check on what some of those outsiders thought, and he texted me and said "I dont wanna ruin your night with what I just heard, so i'll just call you tomorrow lol"... i was like :smh:

Not down to spend my weekend having 2 dollar Natty Lights as we stare at the Ceasers Palace statues.

Pre-Sale tix are possible for a sat night Dennis?

Thanks bro, appreciate the advice. The way some of these dudes are sounding, im actually thinking youre right. I might have to tell my boy to help me organize the "Real" bachelor party in the middle of the night, after we split up from the cry babies and tell them we're going to sleep

kinda srs tho, it'll might work :nerd:

Let's say we hypothetically have about 13 or 14 girls with us, does that allow our group to jump the line?
Would the girls be able to lead us in? (stupid questions i know, but i havent done vegas in 4 years :smh: )
I'm pretty sure we can gather up a group if we know what to do. We dont wanna get 14 girls into the club and be stopped by the bouncers, sent back to the end of the line once they are in

Well my FAVORITE place is Borgata :smokin

But in Vegas I really liked MGM and Aria for what it was. Aria was so damn busy though I couldn't even handle it. We stayed at NYNY our first trip so MGM got really comfortable to me.

Ratio would be better 4 to 1 going all up at once usually isn't a good idea smaller groups = better

Pre-Sale tix are possible for a sat night Dennis?

There are pre-sales every night for Tier 1 clubs. Saturday is just going to be more expensive than, say, a Monday night. Of course, it always depends on the DJ. I say just buy pre-sales, and let people decide how much they want to spend in the club.

this. don't have to worry about ODing on bottle service. and you can just kinda spend on your own budget.

i just checked presale tickets for june 22nd at the bigger clubs. (just go to each clubs individual website and look at presale tickets)

for males its about:

$70+service fee for kaskade at marquee
$35+service fee for steve angello at xs
$50+service fee for calvin harris at hakkassan

prices seem affordable. everybody should be able to get in. line doesnt take too long, unless you get there super late.

if i wasn't going to be in san diego that weekend id think about going.

Damn guys I really appreciate that info. Thanks for taking the time to do that dennis. Ill check on the other clubs as well.
Ima let my homies know and maybe we'll just do that and avoid drama,
Let the cheap dudes wallflower while we go have fun

Ill update you once I see what my boys say.

P.S. I wanna keep repping you guys but I went past my limit. As soon as I get more ill be dishing them out!

Bro I totally feel where your coming from. Another idea is you might want to just split up the group and have the people that are willing to chip in get bottle service and have the rest get presales. This way your min for a table will be lower because its a smaller group and the people who don't want to pay for bottles can't complain about price and will just have to wait in line. Also, I'm pretty sure your already annoyed with the other people so splitting up will make things much easier.

Headed to Vegas this weekend for MDW and got Hakkasan and Daylight locked up already.

With that many guys, and with that budget that you're talking about, you're going to have to lower your standards a bit. Marquee, XS, Light, Hakkasan will not take 12 guys for a 1k min. Even if it was a mixed group of even ratio you won't get a 1k min. Might want to try to plan at a lounge or get presale tickets for one of the bigger clubs if you want to do it that way. Either way if you could get a 1k min. you wouldn't be too happy sharing 2 bottles amongst 12 guys.
Bachelor parties in Vegas is hard when you have a small budget.
Also didn't et to read through all of your post so I'm not sure about all of the details.

Dennis some of my peeps seem down with the presale for marquee.

My question is, does that $70 price guarantee entry upon arrival? Or we gotta still wait the line?

Also, does that bypass any cover charge? Is there any possibility the bouncers will be douche bags and still charge us a cover with our presale? Cuz that would ruin the whole point of keeping it neat and organized and affordable without buying a table.

With the pre-sale it's a very short line (5 mins) and no cover. Best move here is all pre-sale early like 930-10, take a lap around the club, get stamped and go pregame. Come back in an hr or so and ur set for the night.

this. you by your ticket. print it out before hand and bring it with you to the club. wait in a line separate from general admission. depending on the time you go, you get in pretty quickly with no hassles (no ratio bs). some clubs stamp your hand that allows you back in through a re-entry line.

you can do what Ecook suggested and just go around and scope it out for a few minutes. leave, go pre party some more (good way to save $ for your broke homies) and roll back to the club when its cracking, on a good buzz. you wait in a re entry line - which is even shorter than the presale ticket line.

win.

if you decide to go with presale, i suggest buying it soon after you decide what you're going to do, because theres a chance prices will go up/sell out.

wow, that sounds like the best plan.
Thank you ECOOK and DENNIS.
Both of you guys have been of extreme help.

Right now for the June 22nd night its between XS and Marquee. I think most people would enjoy the XS 35 dollar pre-sale instead of the Marquee $70 dollar price, because saving 35 bucks would mean 2 more drinks each inside the club. Plus everyones responsible for themselves, and if people arent happy they dont have to go in!

I love it. I'm gonna talk to people and tell the bachelor, hopefully we can get our tickets bought this weekend to at least get our saturday night plans CONFIRMED.

XS has hiphop right? not just strictly electronic music?

Thank you guys! :D

unfortunately, XS does not play hip hop. the 3 big clubs (xs, marquee, hakkassan) are mostly EDM.

although marquee and hakkassan have hip hop rooms where thats all they strictly play.

and xs DOES have a re entry stamp from what i last remember. when i went to hakkassan a couple weeks ago, they told me no re entry stamps, but it might have changed as i went during the soft opening. not sure about marquee.

some more things to consider

Appreciate that. Definitely worth considering. IM gonna let the fellas know.

Ive called both of my closest homies like 18 times today. Theyre like dude arent you at work?

I keep sneaking off to make these calls. You know how it is man, i just want this to be taken care of this weekend.
I want tickets for something to be bought, some plan to be made, i just wanna make sure that at the very worst we have at least that one club guaranteed that we can fall back on if the rest of vegas turns out to be a disaster with this group

I'll see what they say about the music.

1OAK SEEMS to be very hiphop based. But as far as i can see, they dont have presale tickets available for june just yet.
Should i just email the host for that club and ask anyways? Becuz that seems like its very well suited for our musical tastes.

If it makes your decision any easier (between Marquee and XS), GA at XS is FAR better than GA at Marquee. Marquee is a cluster eff inside if you don't have a table. Toss in the fact it's half the price, and XS is just a beautiful and better club (IMO, obviously), and you'll have a blast.
