Seriously, I was waiting all year for venetian to send me some comps and right when I get back from my last trip they send me free this free that.  Now I'm going to fly out next month again because of the offer

.  I've always wanted to play at the wynn or encore, but their high limit salon is so intimidating.  My buddy brought 100k with him to play and pit boss in high limit asked if he knew where he was

 thats absurd. which rewards program gives you the best offers for your playing level that you've noticed?

The problem wit the wynn is they always have their usual big time whales that play there.  Their whale client list is deep according to a few pit bosses I've spoke to at other casinos.  They said if you're one of their loyal players they take really good care of you at the wynn.  For rewards venetian used to be the best up until this year.  They used to take care of everything..from airport transportation, food, and spa treatments(for the lady).  Harrahs I'm only a diamond holder so aside from the room comps and line passes at buffets idk what else i get

.  I heard sever star members get free trips.

Yeah, it was really good. The variety of food was crazy, especially now that they only serve brunch and dinner (I went for brunch). Some food items I tried or remember seeing... red velvet pancakes, various cheeses to eat with crackers (bleu cheese crumbles, gorgonzola cheese) sushi, rotisserie chicken, couple different versions of lamb chops, pizza, salads, spicy orange chicken, pastas, and a bunch of desserts

Yeah, it was really good. The variety of food was crazy, especially now that they only serve brunch and dinner (I went for brunch). Harrahs sends out plenty of promotions at least once a month. Most of the time it is like a few hundreds or thousands of free shopping at the Forum Shoppes for merely staying with them. Some are points you can use to exchange for stuff in their total rewards items like ipod, tv's, headphones, etc... I'm sure you've gotten some of those being a diamond member. No lining up to anything with diamond members too.

imperial palace is god awful. i wouldnt stay there if someone paid me. i once had a room there from some stupid expedia hack. i elected to sleep on the floor at flamingo rather than stay in that room. i know a lot of people say that the room doesnt matter since you wont be spending too much time in there anyway, but i think having a nice room is still important. you feel like %%%+ coming out of a room like at imperial 

.

Assuming that's actually just a 3 night stay, Paris has a better deal at $435 for 1 room. Prices will vary from date to date though. 
Venetian/Palazzo also offers a similar price that TI does for a 1-room/3-nights, $560 and I'd rather stay at the Venetian/Palazzo than TI.
