How Much Does The Barber Get For A Tip?

I try to give my barber $5 but he gives it back and wont take it.

Been going to him since I was like like 6, now 21.

I usually give him about 2-3, haircut is 15 I think.  Sometimes dude don't got change though so I just let him keep the $20.
