When i used to ask guys to chill I usually just pay for myself and he could pay for himself.  With my boyfriend now though, if I invite him somewhere I'll pay.

One time this dude asked to go to the movies with him and he brought his cousin and i brought my friend for his cousin.  This guy goes up to the box and asks for 4 tickets... holds out his hand and asks for my portion of the money.  I don't have a problem paying for myself but If that's the case, you better let me ask for my own damn ticket.  (had to pay for me and my friend btw because my friend aint even bring money)  

And he the audacity to ask for a second time to chill.  I deaded that quick.
